The problem
The project lives in ten places, and they disagree.
A civil project starts in a tender PDF, becomes an estimate in a spreadsheet, goes out as vendor quote requests by email, turns into a contract, collects RFIs in someone's inbox, and ends as progress bills. Each step copies the last one by hand. When the client changes a quantity, nobody is sure which copy is right, and the site team, the estimator, and accounts each work from a different one. Software should hold one version of the project and let every team work from it.

Traced from tender to bill
SigmaCPMSigmaCPM traces a tender item from extraction to progress billing, and every extracted value cites its page in the tender, so anyone can check where a quantity came from.
One backend, several products
SigmaCPMA multi-tenant Django REST Framework backend with organizations, seats, and per-module entitlements, shared with a sibling product and its Chrome extension.
A job queue in Postgres
SigmaCPMBackground work runs on a Postgres-backed job queue with leases, orphan reclaim, and skip-locked selection, so there is no extra broker to run or pay for.
Disputes go to a person
SigmaCPMWhen a second model run disagrees with the first on bond terms, the item is marked disputed and waits for a person, instead of the software picking a side.

Large construction management suites exist and suit firms that will change their process to fit them.
