SaaS development
A SaaS product you can sell, bill, and run.
Acasa Labs builds SaaS products end to end: accounts and teams, roles, plans and billing, usage limits, background jobs, and the admin you run the business from. We run five SaaS products of our own, including NoteTube, Pullsy, Kraftr, and GymFast, so the billing edge cases and the multi-tenant bugs are ones we have already fixed.
The problem
The feature is the easy part. The SaaS around it is what takes the time.
A demo shows the feature. A SaaS product also needs sign-up, teams, invitations, roles, plans, trials, upgrades, failed payments, refunds, usage limits, an admin, and data that one customer can never see from another. Founders underestimate this part, and it decides whether the first paying customers stay.
What we build
- 01
Multi-tenant from the first table
Organizations, seats, and roles enforced in the database or in one backend layer, with tests that try to read another tenant's data.
- 02
Plans, billing, and entitlements
Stripe or Razorpay subscriptions, credit packs, and usage limits, with one entitlement check the whole product uses. Prices in INR and USD where you sell to both.
- 03
Background work that does not break
Queues for generation, sync, imports, and reminders, with retries, locks, and a view in the admin of what is running.
- 04
An admin you can run the business from
Customers, plans, usage, refunds, and support tools, so the founder is not running SQL on a Sunday.
From production
From the SaaS products we run.
Entitlements down to a database constraint
PullsyPullsy's entitlement service covers per-seat and per-storefront plans in INR and USD, and the limit is enforced down to a database constraint, so a bug in one screen cannot give away a plan. Multi-tenant isolation is covered by tests.
Roles enforced by the database
GymFastGymFast's six-level role hierarchy, from owner to member, is enforced with Postgres row-level security rather than in app code, across one or many gym locations.
Credits, queues, and six currencies
KraftrKraftr sells credit packs in six currencies through Razorpay. Generation runs on seven BullMQ queues, and workers write heartbeats every 10 seconds into a liveness view in the admin.
A marketplace inside the product
NoteTubeNoteTube lets educators sell study material through Stripe Connect, with payouts, balances, and earnings dashboards, next to student subscriptions on web and mobile.
Honest trade-offs
When you do not need custom SaaS yet
If you are still finding out whether anyone will pay, a landing page, a waitlist, and a no-code prototype can answer that faster and cheaper. Build the SaaS once people are asking for it. If an off-the-shelf product covers 90% of what you need, buy it and build only the missing piece. We will tell you which stage you are at.

01Our product
Pullsy
Instagram analytics that keep the numbers Instagram throws away.
Analytics for creators. Pullsy keeps insights Instagram discards after about 90 days, explains what each number means, grades the account, and turns it into a media kit a brand can verify.
Web · iOS (native SwiftUI) · REST API
02Our product
GymFast
Members, billing, classes, and workout plans for a gym, in one platform and three apps.
Gym management software for gym owners and personal trainers. A web dashboard and a staff app run members, plans, invoices, enquiries, and classes; members get their own branded app; GymFast Pro gives independent trainers the same tools for their clients.

Questions
SaaS development questions we get asked.
Do you build multi-tenant SaaS?
Yes, by default. Every product we run is multi-tenant: organizations or accounts, seats, and roles, with isolation enforced below the UI and tested.
Stripe or Razorpay?
Razorpay if most of your customers pay in India, Stripe for international cards, and sometimes both. Kraftr bills through Razorpay in six currencies; NoteTube uses Stripe and Stripe Connect.
Can you add AI features to our SaaS?
Yes. Most of our products have AI inside them: retrieval in NoteTube, image generation in Kraftr, document extraction in SigmaCPM. We add it with cost tracking and usage limits tied to the plan.
Who owns the SaaS and its customers' data?
You do. The code, the cloud account, the database, and the billing account are yours from day one.
Do you stay on after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. A SaaS product is never finished, and the people who built it are the fastest to change it. We also document it so your own team can take over.
