Website development
Fast marketing sites that bring in the next customer.
Company sites, product sites, and landing pages built for search and conversion: real performance budgets, structured data, a CMS your team can edit, and forms that land in your pipeline.

Edit pages, publish posts, and swap images without filing a ticket.
- 04
Ongoing IT
Domains, email, hosting, backups, and the small fixes that pile up. One team to call.

From production
How we build websites, from the ones we shipped.
Readable by Google and by AI
Siona JewelsSiona Jewels has Organization, Product, Service, Article, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data on every page, and a robots.txt that welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended by name, so the catalogue can be found and cited.
Generated, not maintained by hand
Siona JewelsSiona's llms.txt and sitemap are generated from the CMS, and product photos are listed in the sitemap for Google Images and Lens. A new design shows up everywhere without a deploy.
Every enquiry becomes a lead
Siona JewelsEnquiries are saved first, then emailed to sales with the design numbers in the subject and reply-to set to the buyer, and move through five lead stages: new, contacted, quoted, won, and closed.
Publishing without a developer
The Sharp InteriorsThe Sharp Interiors adds projects through a custom admin with drag-and-drop ordering and validated uploads, and we look after hosting, the domain, and analytics as their ongoing IT partner.
Honest trade-offs
When a website builder is enough
If you need five pages, no integrations, and you will not compete on search, a website builder is fine and we will tell you so. Build a custom site when search and AI answers are how buyers find you, when enquiries need to land in your CRM, or when a catalogue or content library has to grow without a developer.
Proof
Shipped, not pitched.
01Client work
Siona Jewels
A jewellery manufacturer's catalogue that buyers find on Google and in ChatGPT, and that turns a design number into a lead.
Siona Jewels is a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai selling to retailers and private-label brands in India, the US, Canada, and the UAE. We built their B2B catalogue site, the CMS behind it, the email automation that routes every enquiry to sales, and the search and AI-answer setup that gets them found.

02Client work
The Sharp Interiors
The site, the project gallery, and the IT behind an interior design studio.
We are the IT partner for The Sharp Interiors, a residential and commercial interior design firm. We built their website and a custom CMS for their project gallery, and we look after the rest of their technology.

03Our product
SigmaCPM
Construction project management where AI reads the tender and shows its work.
One project record for civil contractors, from tender to closeout: bids, contracts, RFIs, vendor quotes, and drawings. The AI pulls line items and bond terms out of tender PDFs and cites the page for every value.

How we work
Build, then keep building.
- 01
Sit with the operation
We watch how the work actually happens. Inboxes, tools, handoffs. No workshop theater.
- 02
Ship the product
A working web or mobile app. Something your people can open on Monday, not a prototype graveyard.
- 03
Wire the automation
Agents and workflows on the product and the systems you already have.
- 04
Stay on it
We do not vanish after launch. The operation changes. The software should too.
Questions
Websites questions we get asked.
Can you redesign our existing site without losing search rankings?
Yes. We map every old URL, keep or redirect it, and carry over metadata so rankings move up, not out.
Do you look after the site after launch?
Yes. We run IT for clients on an ongoing basis: hosting, domains, email, and changes.
Which CMS do you use?
Payload, Sanity, or Ghost, depending on what your team edits most: products and catalogues, landing pages, or articles. For a gallery or portfolio, a small custom admin is sometimes simpler, as on The Sharp Interiors.
Will the site show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers?
Nobody can promise that, but we build for it: server-rendered pages, structured data, an llms.txt, a robots.txt that lets AI crawlers in, and pages that answer buyers' questions directly. That is the setup we built for Siona Jewels.
Where do enquiries from the site go?
Wherever your team works: your CRM, your inbox, or both. The enquiry is saved before the notification email is sent, so a failed email never loses a lead.
