Next.js development

Web apps and sites that load fast and get found.

Acasa Labs is a Next.js development company. All nine systems on our work page use Next.js: SaaS products like NoteTube and Kraftr, dashboards for a trading platform and a video analytics system, and marketing sites like Siona Jewels that are built to be found on Google and quoted by ChatGPT.

The problem

A React app that Google cannot read is a website nobody finds.

A single-page React app renders in the browser, so search engines and AI crawlers often see an empty page, and users on a slow phone stare at a spinner. Next.js renders on the server and ships less JavaScript, but only if it is used well. Most slow Next.js sites are slow because of what was put in them, not because of the framework.

What we build with Next.js

  1. 01

    SaaS frontends and dashboards

The app your customers log into, on your API or on Next.js server actions, with auth, roles, and screens that stay fast when the data grows.

  2. 02

    Marketing sites that rank

Server-rendered pages, structured data on every page, sitemaps and llms.txt generated from your content, and Core Web Vitals in the green.

  3. 03

A CMS your team can use

Payload, Sanity, or a custom admin, so new pages, products, and posts go live without a developer.

  4. 04

    Forms that become leads

Server-side validation, bot protection, and enquiries that land in your CRM and your inbox, saved before any email is sent.

From production

How we build with Next.js, from what we shipped.

  • Built to be found and quoted

    Siona Jewels

Siona Jewels has Organization, Product, Service, Article, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data, a robots.txt that welcomes AI crawlers by name, and an llms.txt and sitemap generated from Payload CMS, so a new design shows up in both without a deploy.

  • Leads that are never lost

    Siona Jewels

Enquiries are created only by a server action behind Turnstile, a honeypot, and a fill-time check. The enquiry is saved before the notification email is sent, so a failed email is logged, not lost.

  • Writes only on the server

    The Sharp Interiors

The Sharp Interiors runs on the Next.js App Router with Firebase. Zod schemas are the single source of truth for the CMS, and separate client and admin SDKs mean writes only happen server-side.

  • One of five surfaces

    NoteTube

NoteTube's Next.js web app sits next to an Expo mobile app, a Chrome extension, and an MCP server, all on one backend, with AI calls kept in a separate FastAPI service.

Honest trade-offs

When Next.js is more than you need

A small content site that rarely changes can be simpler and cheaper as a static site in Astro. A tool that lives entirely behind a login and never needs search can be a plain React app. We use Next.js when a product needs both: pages that rank and an app that people log into.

What we reach for

  • Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Payload CMS, Sanity
  • Schema.org JSON-LD, sitemaps, llms.txt
  • Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Vercel, Firebase App Hosting, Cloud Run, Cloudflare
  • Google Analytics 4, PostHog

    Siona Jewels

A jewellery manufacturer's catalogue that buyers find on Google and in ChatGPT, and that turns a design number into a lead.

Siona Jewels is a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai selling to retailers and private-label brands in India, the US, Canada, and the UAE. We built their B2B catalogue site, the CMS behind it, the email automation that routes every enquiry to sales, and the search and AI-answer setup that gets them found.

  2. 02Our product

    NoteTube

A lecture becomes a study system: chat, flashcards, quizzes, all grounded in the source.

An AI learning platform that turns PDFs, YouTube lectures, recordings, and notes into a structured notebook with grounded chat, spaced-repetition flashcards, and graded quizzes.

  3. 03Our product

    Kraftr

    One flat-lay photo becomes catalog-ready 4K on-model imagery.

An AI catalog studio for fashion and jewelry brands. Upload one flat-lay or hanger shot per SKU and get on-model imagery at up to 4K, in ten aspect ratios, sized for Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Shopify.

    The Sharp Interiors

The site, the project gallery, and the IT behind an interior design studio.

We are the IT partner for The Sharp Interiors, a residential and commercial interior design firm. We built their website and a custom CMS for their project gallery, and we look after the rest of their technology.

Questions

Next.js questions we get asked.

Why Next.js instead of plain React?

Next.js renders pages on the server, so they load faster and search engines and AI crawlers can read them. Plain React is fine for an app that lives entirely behind a login.

Can you migrate our site to Next.js without losing rankings?

Yes. We map every old URL, keep or redirect each one, carry over titles, descriptions, and structured data, and watch Search Console after launch.

Will our team be able to edit the site?

Yes. We set up a CMS such as Payload or Sanity, or a custom admin like the one on The Sharp Interiors, so pages and images change without a developer.

Where do you host Next.js?

In your account: Vercel, Firebase App Hosting, Google Cloud Run, or Cloudflare, chosen by cost, region, and what you already use.

Can a Next.js site help us show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers?

It helps when the pages are server-rendered, structured, and say clearly what you do. We add structured data, an llms.txt, and pages written to answer buyers' questions directly, as we did for Siona Jewels.
