Jewellery manufacturer website development
A B2B catalogue that does the selling before the first call.
A jewellery manufacturer website is a B2B catalogue: every design on its own page with metal, stone, weight, MOQ, and lead time, and an enquiry flow that sends sales the design numbers, quantity, and country. Acasa Labs builds them. Siona Jewels, a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai that sells to retailers and private-label brands in four countries, runs on the one we built.
The problem
Every enquiry starts with the same five questions.
What metal? Which stones, and what quality? What does it weigh? What is the minimum order? How long will it take? When the answers live in a PDF or in a salesperson's head, every buyer asks them again, sales repeats them all day, and the buyers who do not want to ask simply move on to the next factory. A catalogue that answers them on every design page lets serious buyers qualify themselves, and lets sales start at the price instead of the basics.
What we build
- 01
A page for every design
Design number, photos, metals and colours, gross and metal weight, stones with shape, setting, and quality, sizes, MOQ, lead time, and what can be customised.
- 02
Shortlist, then one enquiry
Buyers add designs to an enquiry list while they browse and send it once, with company, country, and quantity. Pricing, custom manufacturing, and general enquiries stay separate.
- 03
Leads your sales team can work
Each enquiry is saved, then emailed to sales with the design numbers in the subject, a link to each design, and reply-to set to the buyer. Leads move through stages until they are won or closed.
- 04
Found in every market you sell to
A page per export market, buyer guides on karats, certificates, and shipping, product structured data, and product photos in an image sitemap for Google Images and Lens.
From production
How we built Siona's catalogue.
The enquiry is saved before the email
Siona JewelsSiona's enquiries are created only by a server action behind Turnstile, a honeypot, and a fill-time check, and saved before the notification goes out. A failed email is logged, never a lost lead.
Five lead stages
Siona JewelsEvery enquiry moves through new, contacted, quoted, won, and closed in the CMS, so the owner can see what sales is working on without a separate CRM.
Structured data on everything
Siona JewelsOrganization, Product, Service, Article, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data, with every page pointing back to one Organization record, and a robots.txt that welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot by name.
Measured without personal data
Siona JewelsGA4 events for design views, shortlists, contact clicks, and leads, with no personal details sent, so the owner sees which designs buyers look at most.
Honest trade-offs
Catalogue site, or a marketplace listing?
Marketplaces and B2B portals bring traffic, but the buyer sees you next to every other factory, and the relationship belongs to the platform. Your own catalogue site is where a buyer who already found you checks your range and enquires directly. Most manufacturers need both: listings for reach, and their own site for the enquiries that turn into repeat orders.

01Client work
Siona Jewels
A jewellery manufacturer's catalogue that buyers find on Google and in ChatGPT, and that turns a design number into a lead.
Siona Jewels is a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai selling to retailers and private-label brands in India, the US, Canada, and the UAE. We built their B2B catalogue site, the CMS behind it, the email automation that routes every enquiry to sales, and the search and AI-answer setup that gets them found.

Questions
Jewellery manufacturer websites questions we get asked.
What should a jewellery manufacturer's website include?
A page per design with the specs buyers check first (metal, stones, weight, MOQ, lead time), browsing by category and collection, a shortlist and enquiry flow, export-market pages, and a CMS your team can add designs to.
Can we add new designs ourselves?
Yes. Siona's team adds designs, collections, and photos in Payload CMS, and the sitemap and llms.txt update on their own, with no deploy.
Can the site handle thousands of designs?
It is built for a large range: designs live in Postgres, images on Cloudflare R2, and every design gets its own page, browsable by category and collection.
Can enquiries go into our CRM?
Yes. Enquiries can be emailed to sales, tracked through lead stages in the CMS, or sent to the CRM you already use.
Do you write the buyer guides too?
We plan them with you and write them from your answers: karats, certificates, lab-grown stones, shipping, and anything your buyers ask about often.
