The problem

A jewellery manufacturer sells to buyers who are comparing factories across countries. They want a design number, the metal and stone specs, the minimum order, and the lead time, and they want them before they talk to anyone. A PDF catalogue on WhatsApp gives them none of that, and Google and ChatGPT cannot see it at all.

Siona Jewels is a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai selling to retailers and private-label brands in India, the US, Canada, and the UAE. We built their B2B catalogue site, the CMS behind it, the email automation that routes every enquiry to sales, and the search and AI-answer setup that gets them found.

What we built

  1. 01

    A B2B design catalogue

Rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces, browsable by category and collection. Every design shows metals, colours, weights, stones with shape, setting, and quality, sizes, MOQ, lead time, and what can be customised.

  2. 02

    Shortlist, then one enquiry

Buyers add designs to an enquiry list as they browse and send it with their company, country, and quantity. Pricing, custom manufacturing, and general enquiries are kept apart.

  3. 03

    Email automation for every lead

Each enquiry is saved in the CMS and emailed to the sales team with the design numbers in the subject, a link to each design, and reply-to set to the buyer. Leads move through new, contacted, quoted, won, and closed.

  4. 04

    SEO and AI-search setup

A page for each export market, buyer guides on karats, diamond reports, lab-grown stones, and shipping, structured data on every page, an image sitemap, and an llms.txt built from the CMS.

For jewellery manufacturers

Your catalogue should do the selling before the first call.

  • Retail and private-label buyers search by design, metal, and market. Every piece gets its own page with the specs they ask for first: karat, weights, stones, MOQ, and lead time.
  • A buyer shortlists designs and sends one enquiry. Sales gets an email with the design numbers, quantity, and country, and replies straight to the buyer.
  • Pages for each export market and buyer guides on karats, diamond reports, and shipping, written so Google and ChatGPT can quote them.
  • Your team adds designs, collections, and photos in the CMS. No developer needed for a new drop.

On mobile

Each design is a page a buyer can quote: the design number, the photos, and the specs a retailer checks before asking for a price.

Engineering notes

  • Organization, Product, Service, Article, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data, with every page pointing back to one Organization record.
  • robots.txt welcomes the AI crawlers by name (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and others), so the catalogue can be read and cited in AI answers.
  • llms.txt and the sitemap are generated from the CMS, so a new design or guide shows up in both without a deploy.
  • Product photos are listed in the sitemap for Google Images and Lens.
  • Enquiries are created only by a server action behind Turnstile, a honeypot, and a fill-time check. The public API cannot write them.
  • A failed notification email is logged, never lost: the enquiry is already saved before the email is sent.
  • GA4 events for design views, shortlists, contact clicks, and leads, with no personal details sent.
