The problem
Ninety days of history is not enough to pitch with.
Instagram shows detailed insights for a short window and then lets them go. A creator who wants to show a brand last year's growth, or an agency reporting on a quarter, has nothing to show unless someone saved it at the time. The numbers that do exist are hard to read: reach, impressions, and engagement mean different things in different places. A good tool saves everything from the first day and says plainly what each number means.

PullsyA scheduler watches heartbeats and recovers jobs that crashed mid-sync, so a restart does not leave an account with a hole in its history.
Re-authorization as its own state
PullsyWhen access needs renewing, the account moves to a re-authorization state, kept apart from errors, and Meta error codes map to backoff with jitter capped at 30 minutes.

Why do old Instagram insights disappear?
Instagram keeps detailed insights for a limited window, about 90 days. Anything older is gone unless a tool saved it at the time, which is why Pullsy syncs on a schedule.
Is it safe to connect an account?
Pullsy connects through Instagram's official sign-in, so it never sees the account password, and access can be removed from Instagram at any time.
Can it handle agencies with many creators?
Yes. Pullsy's entitlement service supports per-seat and per-storefront plans, and tenant isolation is covered by tests.
Is there an API?
Yes. Pullsy has a REST API with keys for developers, so the data can feed your own dashboards.
Can you build a tool for more than Instagram?
