Social media analytics tool development

Keep the numbers the platforms throw away.

Acasa Labs builds software for the creator economy: social media analytics tools, media kits brands can verify, and platforms where creators sell and get paid. We make Pullsy, our Instagram analytics product, which keeps insights Instagram discards after about 90 days, and NoteTube, whose marketplace pays educators through Stripe Connect.

The problem

Creators pitch brands with screenshots.

A creator's best argument is their numbers, and the platforms make those hard to keep. Instagram keeps detailed insights for a short window, the metrics are hard to explain, and a screenshot is easy to fake. Brands know it, so they discount what they are shown. Agencies managing dozens of accounts copy numbers into spreadsheets every month. Tools for this market live or die on syncing reliably from APIs that rate-limit, expire tokens, and change.

What we build

  1. 01

    Analytics that keep history

Scheduled syncs through each platform's official sign-in, stored long after the platform forgets them.

  2. 02

    Grades and media kits

Raw metrics turned into a grade and a shareable media kit a brand can check for itself.

  3. 03

    Apps for creators

Web and native iOS apps, with push notifications when something on the account changes.

  4. 04

    Marketplaces and payouts

Platforms where creators sell their work, with payouts, balances, and earnings dashboards.

From production

From Pullsy and NoteTube.

  • A queue that does not drop a sync

    Pullsy

Pullsy's Redis queue uses atomic move-with-ack, a delayed-retry set, and per-connection locks, so one account never syncs twice and a failed pull is retried, not lost.

  • Backoff that respects Meta

    Pullsy

Meta error codes are mapped to backoff with jitter, capped at 30 minutes, and re-authorization is handled as its own state.

  • Built for more than Instagram

    Pullsy

A pluggable connector registry already reaches beyond Instagram, with a REST API and keys for developers on top.

  • Creators who get paid

    NoteTube

NoteTube's marketplace lets educators sell study material through Stripe Connect, with payouts, balances, and earnings dashboards.

Honest trade-offs

Use Pullsy, or build your own?

If you are a creator or a small agency that wants Instagram analytics and a media kit today, use Pullsy. Build your own when the data is your product: an influencer marketing platform, an agency tool across many networks, a brand's creator program, or a marketplace that pays creators. Pullsy's connector registry and entitlement service are the parts we would start from.

Questions

Creator economy questions we get asked.

Do you use the official Instagram API?

Yes. Pullsy syncs through Instagram's official sign-in. We do not scrape: scraped data breaks without warning and puts the creator's account at risk.

Can you support TikTok and YouTube too?

Pullsy's connector registry already reaches beyond Instagram. Each network's API has its own rules on what data you can get, so we check them before scoping.

How do you handle API rate limits?

Meta error codes map to backoff with jitter, capped at 30 minutes, and a scheduler recovers crashed jobs from missed heartbeats.

Can brands verify a creator's numbers?

That is what Pullsy's media kit is for: it is built from synced data, not uploaded screenshots, so a brand can check it.

Can we charge per seat or per brand?

Yes. Pullsy's entitlement service handles per-seat and per-storefront plans, enforced down to a database constraint, with pricing in INR and USD.

Do you build native iOS apps for creators?

Yes. Pullsy's iOS app is native SwiftUI on iOS 17 and later, with push notifications when something on the account changes, alongside the web app and the REST API.
