Creator platform development
Where creators sell, get paid, and prove their numbers.
A creator platform is software where creators publish or sell their work, get paid, and show brands what their audience is worth. Acasa Labs builds them. NoteTube's marketplace pays educators through Stripe Connect, and Pullsy turns a creator's Instagram data into a grade and a media kit a brand can verify.
The problem
Paying thousands of creators is harder than it looks.
A creator platform looks like a storefront and behaves like a ledger. Every sale has to be split, held, paid out, and shown in a dashboard the creator trusts, across currencies and payment rules. Plans differ by seat and by storefront. Brands want proof of reach before they pay for a post. Each piece is simple on its own and difficult once they all have to agree.
What we build
- 01
Marketplaces and storefronts
Creators publish and sell their work, such as digital goods or study material, from their own storefront.
- 02
Payouts and earnings
Payments, balances, payouts, and earnings dashboards through Stripe Connect.
- 03
Plans and entitlements
Per-seat and per-storefront plans enforced in the database, so a plan limit holds whatever the app does.
- 04
Proof for brands
Media kits built from synced social data, not screenshots, so a brand can check reach before it pays.
From production
From NoteTube's marketplace and Pullsy.
Payouts through Stripe Connect
NoteTubeEducators on NoteTube sell study material through Stripe Connect, with payouts, balances, and earnings dashboards inside the product.
Entitlements down to the database
PullsyPullsy's entitlement service covers per-seat and per-storefront plans and is enforced down to a database constraint, not only in application code.
One subscription, two stores
NoteTubeNoteTube bills on the web with Stripe and in the apps with RevenueCat, and a scheduled job reconciles subscriptions between them.
Media kits brands can check
PullsyA scoring service turns a creator's synced metrics into a grade and a shareable media kit, built from data rather than screenshots.
Honest trade-offs
Build a platform, or use a creator tool?
If you are one creator selling to your own audience, a hosted creator store is cheaper and faster than anything we would build. Build a platform when you are the marketplace: many creators, your own rules on fees and payouts, your own brand, or a community where selling is one feature among many. That is when payouts, entitlements, and reconciliation become your problem, and worth owning.

Questions
Creator platform development questions we get asked.
Can creators get paid out automatically?
Yes, through Stripe Connect, as NoteTube's marketplace does, with balances and earnings dashboards. Payout timing follows Stripe's rules for each country.
Can we take payments in India and abroad?
Yes. Pullsy prices plans in INR and USD through Razorpay, Kraftr bills in six currencies, and NoteTube uses Stripe. We pick the provider that fits your markets.
How do in-app purchases fit in?
Apple and Google take digital purchases inside an app through their own billing, which we handle with RevenueCat, and we reconcile those with web payments on a schedule.
Can brands find creators on the platform?
That is a common next module: search creators by audience, using verified data like Pullsy's media kits. We would scope matching and messaging with you.
Who owns the creator and payment data?
You do. A platform we build for you is yours: the code, the accounts, and the data.
Can creators sell from a mobile app?
Yes. NoteTube runs on the web and as an Expo app for iOS and Android on one backend. App-store rules on digital sales differ from the web, so we plan which purchases happen where before we build.

Tell us who sells on your platform.
Creators, educators, or brands. We will scope the marketplace, payouts, and plans, and come back with a timeline and a number.
