B2B product catalogue website development
Replace the PDF on WhatsApp with a catalogue buyers can search.
Acasa Labs builds B2B product catalogue websites for manufacturers, exporters, and distributors. Every product gets its own page with the specs buyers check first, buyers shortlist and send one enquiry, and sales gets it by email. We built this for Siona Jewels, a jewellery manufacturer selling to retailers in four countries.
The problem
Your catalogue is a PDF, and Google cannot read it.
Buyers compare suppliers before they call anyone. They want the product code, the specs, the minimum order, and the lead time. Most manufacturers send a PDF on WhatsApp or email, which is out of date the week it goes out, cannot be searched, and is invisible to Google and ChatGPT. The buyer who found a competitor's product page first never asks you for the PDF at all.
What we build
- 01
A page for every product
Each product or design gets a page with its code, photos, and the specs a buyer asks for first, such as materials, sizes, MOQ, and lead time.
- 02
Shortlist, then one enquiry
Buyers add products to a list as they browse and send one enquiry with their company, country, and quantities.
- 03
Enquiries that land with sales
Every enquiry is saved and emailed to the right person with the product codes in it, so sales can reply the same day.
- 04
Your team updates it
New products, collections, and photos go in through a CMS. No developer needed for a new range.
From production
How we built the Siona Jewels catalogue.
The specs a buyer quotes
Siona JewelsEvery Siona Jewels design shows metals, colours, weights, stones with shape, setting, and quality, sizes, MOQ, lead time, and what can be customised, so a buyer can shortlist without a call.
The lead is saved before the email
Siona JewelsEach enquiry is saved in the CMS before the notification email goes out. A failed email is logged, never lost, because the enquiry already exists.
Found on Google and in AI answers
Siona JewelsStructured data on every page, product photos in the sitemap for Google Images and Lens, and an llms.txt generated from the CMS, so a new design shows up without a deploy.
Catalogue photos without a shoot
KraftrKraftr, our own product, turns one flat-lay or hanger photo per SKU into on-model catalogue imagery at up to 4K, in ten aspect ratios, for brands that drop many SKUs at once.
Honest trade-offs
When a Shopify store or a PDF is still fine
If you sell at fixed prices to anyone who checks out, you want an online store, not a B2B catalogue, and Shopify does that well. If you have a handful of products and every buyer comes through a distributor, a good PDF may be enough. A catalogue site pays off when buyers search by spec, prices depend on quantity and customisation, and the sale starts with an enquiry rather than a cart.

01Client work
Siona Jewels
A jewellery manufacturer's catalogue that buyers find on Google and in ChatGPT, and that turns a design number into a lead.
Siona Jewels is a fine jewellery manufacturer in Mumbai selling to retailers and private-label brands in India, the US, Canada, and the UAE. We built their B2B catalogue site, the CMS behind it, the email automation that routes every enquiry to sales, and the search and AI-answer setup that gets them found.

Questions
B2B catalogue questions we get asked.
Can buyers see prices?
Your choice. Many B2B catalogues hide prices and ask for an enquiry, because price depends on quantity and customisation. We can also show prices to logged-in, approved buyers only.
How many products can it hold?
The CMS is built for a growing catalogue, with categories and collections, so thousands of products are fine. What matters more is that each product has the specs filled in.
Can you move our products from Excel or our ERP?
Yes. We import products and specs from a spreadsheet or an ERP export, and can set up a regular sync if the ERP stays the source.
Can enquiries go into our CRM?
Yes. Enquiries can go to email, to your CRM, or both. The enquiry is saved first, so a failed notification never loses a lead.
We sell to several countries. Can the site handle that?
Yes. Siona Jewels has a page for each of its four export markets, and the enquiry form records the buyer's country so sales knows who to route it to.
