Custom software development
Software shaped like your operation, not the other way round.
Acasa Labs is a custom software development company in Surat, India. We build the system your business runs on when no product fits: web apps, mobile apps, and the AI and automation inside them. SigmaCPM runs construction tenders, GymFast runs gyms, and a private platform runs a client's options trading.
The problem
Off-the-shelf software fits the average business. Yours has its own way of working.
You pay for a tool per seat, then pay again in workarounds: the export to a spreadsheet, the copy-paste into email, the step someone does from memory. Every workaround is a place where work gets lost or done twice. Custom software makes sense when that workflow is how you win customers, when your tools do not talk to each other, or when the per-seat bill has grown past what owning the thing would cost.
What we build
- 01
A system of record for your operation
One place for the jobs, customers, documents, and money your business runs on, with roles that match who actually does what.
- 02
Automation inside the workflow
Reminders, follow-ups, imports, and checks that run on a schedule, so the process does not depend on someone remembering.
- 03
AI where the input is messy
Extraction from PDFs and scans, sorting of free text, and a person in the loop when the model is unsure.
- 04
Web, mobile, and integrations
A web app for the office, a mobile app for the field, and connections to the payment, accounting, and messaging tools you already use.
From production
From custom systems we run.
One record from tender to closeout
SigmaCPMSigmaCPM keeps bids, contracts, RFIs, vendor quotes, and drawings on one project record for civil contractors. A value the AI pulls from a tender PDF is dropped unless its quote is found on the cited page.
Research, paper, and live on one code path
Options trading platformA client's options trading platform runs research, paper trading, and execution through the same code, with position caps, a per-bar guard, and a kill switch in front of every order.
Roles that match the business
GymFastGymFast's six-level role hierarchy, from owner to member, is enforced in the database with row-level security, across one gym or many locations.
Built for the people who use it
The Sharp InteriorsThe Sharp Interiors' admin lets the studio reorder projects and images by drag and drop and toggle what is visible, so new work goes live without a developer.
Honest trade-offs
When you should buy, not build
If a product does 90% of what you need and the last 10% does not touch your customers, buy it and build only the missing piece, often an integration or a report. Build custom when the workflow is your advantage, when you are stitching four tools together by hand, or when you need to own the data and the roadmap. We will tell you which side of that line you are on, even when the answer is not a project for us.

Questions
Custom software development questions we get asked.
How do you start a custom software project?
We sit with the people who do the work and write down how it happens today: the steps, the spreadsheets, the exceptions. Then we agree on the first version, the smallest thing that removes the worst workaround, and build that before anything else.
Do you write a requirements document first?
A short one. It lists who uses the system, what each person needs to do, and the rules that cannot break, in your words. You sign it off before we build, and we update it as we learn rather than letting a long spec go stale.
Can custom software connect to the tools we already use?
Yes. Most custom systems we build sit between existing tools: payment gateways, email, accounting, CRMs, or an industry API. We wrap each one so its outages and odd errors do not reach your users.
Who owns the software?
You do. The code, the database, and the cloud accounts are in your name from the first day. You can bring the work in-house or move to another team at any time.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. The team that built it stays on for changes and fixes, and we document it so your own people can take it over.
Custom software development
Send us the workaround that costs you most.
The spreadsheet, the email chain, or the step someone does from memory. We will tell you what software would replace it and what the first version would be.
