The problem

Gym owners and solo trainers run members, renewals, and payments from spreadsheets and memory. Missed renewals and forgotten enquiries are revenue walking out the door.

Gym management software for gym owners and personal trainers. A web dashboard and a staff app run members, plans, invoices, enquiries, and classes; members get their own branded app; GymFast Pro gives independent trainers the same tools for their clients.

What we built

    Run the whole gym

    Members, membership plans, invoices, expenses, classes, attendance, and enquiries in one web dashboard and a staff app, across one or many locations.

    Reminders that send themselves

    Renewal, payment, class, and session reminders, plan expiry, enquiry follow-ups, and auto check-out all run on a schedule, so staff stop chasing.

  3. 03

    A branded app for members

    Members check in with a QR code, follow their workout and diet plans, log workouts, and see invoices, in an app themed in their gym's colors.

  4. 04

    GymFast Pro for independent trainers

    Clients, workout and diet plans, session scheduling, workout logging, and client invoices, for coaches who work without a gym behind them.

Separate apps for gym staff and for members, each themed in the gym's own colors, on one backend with the web dashboard.

Engineering notes

  • A six-level role hierarchy, from owner to member, enforced in the database with row-level security rather than in app code.
  • Scheduled edge functions for every reminder and expiry, so automation keeps running without a server to babysit.
  • A token-authenticated mobile API shared by the staff, member, and trainer apps.
  • Per-gym brand colors that theme the web dashboard and the mobile apps from one setting.
  • An in-progress workout is saved on the device, so a dropped connection in the gym does not lose a session.
